Kao Collins provides solutions for the inkjet industry around the world, offering a full line of inks, service, technical support, parts, and repair. We have unmatched knowledge and experience in the commercial and industrial inkjet printing markets.
Since 1990, the company has introduced innovative ink solutions enabling customers and OEMs to reduce costs, increase productivity, and expand offerings into various markets – graphics, commercial print, packaging, labeling, textiles, and consumer products. Kao Collins has produced thousands of unique inks for a wide range of clients around the world.
Kao Collins develops and sells inks for all the major printheads, including Dimatix, HP, Kodak, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Funai, Panasonic, Ricoh, SII Printek, Xaar.

Kao Collins formulates and manufactures innovative inkjet inks for high-speed printing, single-pass printing, and wide-format printing using a variety of technologies.
We’re stretching the limits of what inkjet can print on, like ceramics, textiles, and the first water-based ink for flexible film packaging. Our chemists are also working with customers to expand our offerings in emerging areas like EB curable inks and security ink.
Research and development
Kao Collins invests in research and development to bring new inks to market and provide other value-added services. Unlike our competitors, research and development don’t start in the laboratory but with you, our customers.
Our customers have direct access to end consumers, and that gives them an insight into evolving customer pain points and new potential markets. That information–not the whims of a corporate team–drives our research and development.
