Typical Induction Heat Seal defects TheSealCheck can detect:

  • Shifted seals

  • Overheated

  • Underheated

  • Missing seals

  • Folds off the landing

  • Double seals

  • Upside down seals

  • Product in the seals

  • Loose caps

  • Cocked caps

  • Channel leaks

Noted: TheSealCheck:

  • Is a tool which will improve the quality of induction heat sealed products going to y our customers.

  • Inspect and reject product at over 250 PPM.

  • Has a saved images folder (in the C drive) which stores failed or all images by date and time.

  • Can be used to monitor issues with the induction sealer or capper.

Example: if there are 5 fails/rejects in a row our controller can send a 24 volt signal to a tower light or to shut the line down. Use the signal as you wish.
