A motorized system using a servo that rotates synchronized with the conveyor to produce a differential between the speed of the container entering the star and the output. This differential allows achieving a separation between containers.
-
Stars are easily exchanged to adapt to different future formats.
-
There cannot be an accumulation that presses the star with a force greater than 4 Kg so that the wheel cannot be working by pressing the bottles, the accumulation must be limited so that it does not reach the wheel.
-
The equipment consists of 1 polyethylene star, servomotor, automaton, driver, protection box, and foot on the ground.
Pump separation system to ensure that the bottles reach the inspection point with a minimum step.
-
E2M offers a flexible system based on motor-driven drums according to a frequency inverter. The system accumulates containers at the entrance and lets them pass with a constant frequency and a guaranteed minimum distance. Accumulation control photocell is included in the inlet to guarantee a minimum pressure of the containers and avoid falls due to the speed changes.
-
The separator consists of 2 drums covered with a soft material resistant to non-corrosive liquids, ideal for humid environments. It has quick and easy regulation horizontally to absorb the different formats.
-
The different formats can be adjusted with the help of a position indicator.
-
The control box contains a frequency inverter that allows you to regulate the speed of the drums manually using a potentiometer.
-
The entire system is protected with aluminum profiles and a methacrylate cabin with a safety relay and micros in the doors.
