To ensure that the bottles reach the rejection point with a minimum step (GAP) according to the inspection system, the speed, and the measurements of the containers, E2M offers a flexible system based on drums or belts driven by motors controlled by frequency inverters.

The system accumulates bottles at the entrance and lets them pass at a constant pace and a guaranteed minimum distance.

 

The separator consists of 2 drums or belts covered with a non-corrosive liquid-resistant material ideal for humid environments.

DESCRIPTION

The packaging divider Divider allows the diversion or distribution of containers of a line in two adjacent exit lanes. The rejection system is based on the use of a set of segments, like fingers, that move the containers smoothly and alternatively between two adjacent lanes.
