The BY-TF04-300 Desk-Top ฺBaffle Feeder features a compact, well-engineered design that is easy to ship, simple to operate, and highly cost-effective. It is suitable for a wide range of materials such as paper, labels, paper boxes, cards, plates, and standard plastic bags.
The feeder can be seamlessly integrated with TIJ printers, CIJ printers, laser coders, or labeling systems, enabling offline printing of text, images, barcodes, and QR codes with stable and reliable feeding performance.
Baffle-Type Separation Technology
The BY-TF04-300 adopts a baffle separation principle combined with a single friction feeder as the driving force. Unlike conventional friction feeders, it operates without a friction pressing belt, making it especially suitable for thick, rigid, and heavy products such as paper boxes, cards, and plate-type materials.
This design minimizes belt wear, ensures stable friction control, and delivers fast, consistent feeding. For applications involving plastic bags, an optional friction pressing belt can be installed, allowing the system to adapt to different material characteristics. Both belt configurations are fully compatible.
With its compact size, light weight, high speed, and excellent material versatility, the BY-TF04-300 supports product thicknesses of up to 10 mm, making it one of the most flexible desktop feeders in its class.
