HAWKVIS
Corrugated Sheet Counter Machine
Model No. R105
Introduction
This counter machine is self-developed by Hawkvis, adopting advanced industrial CCD cameras and intelligent counting algorithms based on deep learning technology. It scans the corrugated side of each stack, recognizes the boards, and counts them quickly and accurately.
Industry’s Pain points
-
Corrugated sheet boards are sold by quantity, so an accurate number is essential.
-
Quantity discrepancies can occur during production, warehousing, and transportation, making them difficult to trace. As a result, producers often have to bear the loss.
-
Using human workers to count the number of sheets in each stack before shipment is inefficient and costly. Machine counting offers a better solution.

Installation Locations
-
Board Plant- at the end of the production line

-

-
Board Plant-Shipment dock

Functions and Features
System Features
-
Smart algorithms, high recognition rate, and high counting accuracy.
-
Customize the menu of board flute types as per the client's production.
-
Simply press the flute type on the touchscreen, and it automatically counts.
-
Multiple-array counting: To count multiple arrays in the same stack. (*depending on the stack situation)
-
Virtual stack: will show a red alarm when the system detects any serious misalignment & blocking of flutes.
-
Generate a counting report for checking and sharing.
-
Barcode scanner allows scanning the barcode on the client P.O. and inputting relevant information.
-
Includes a label printer to print the counting result automatically after each counting.

Applicable board types
-
The machine can count all standard flute types and can be customized for special flute profiles.
-
Only F- and G-flutes are too thin, making them more susceptible to blockage from misalignment, which can affect counting accuracy.

Technical Advantages
-
Misalignment of boards is inevitable. If severe, it can affect image capture and reduce counting accuracy.
-
Hawkvis has made improvements in image acquisition and algorithm recognition. As long as the flutes are visible, they can be accurately counted.
Anti Damages & Foreign Objects
-
Occasional damage and foreign objects on the stack side can affect counting accuracy.
-
Hawkvis adopts a wide-field and multi-search mode to overcome interference from damage and foreign objects, ensuring counting accuracy.
