Automatic Rejection for NG Products

When a defective product is detected, the system sends a signal to the PLC-controlled rejection unit. The rejection unit automatically removes NG products from the production line without interrupting normal operation.

The rejection unit is driven by an air cylinder and can support continuous rejection at inspection speed. Heavy-duty rejection units can also be customized for special large or heavy products.
